| 650746 | 2008-03-29 22:22:00 | And following up to my post, I now have it working. Almost. The TVNZ channels didn't show up at all. TV3 and C4 showed up but don't play (no error, just no picture, although the EPG does work). Maori and the HD test channel are flawless, I didn't try Parliament, and tvCentral crashed DVBViewer (I didn't try a second time). I suspect that this may be a simple matter of getting onto the roof and tweaking the aerial. I'm in Whakatane and previously picked up the analogue channels from Mt Edgecumbe. For Freeview I had to spin the aerial around and point it towards Tauranga, and I think it's not quite pointing in the right direction :) |

Maori TV and the HD test channel were flawless in the morning but I couldn't pick up either in the evening (although the EPG worked for both). tvCentral appeared, but dropped nearly all frames (I was getting about 1 frame every 10 seconds). The unusual thing is that I hadn't touched the aerial at all. Is the network stable or may Freeview have been fiddling with it? Does this look like an issue at my end? Any guesses as to what the problem might be? |

The other non-TVNZ and non-Canwest streams are always iffy for me too. |
