Just before I go ahead and try installing debian as suggested by Bletch, would it be a good idea to add a 2nd NIC or just keep with the integrated? |

As long as it's capable of 100mbits/sec (it should be) the integrated will be fine. You only need to add another NIC if you want to do fancy things like trunking etc. |

Sweet will remove the extra card then as I'd put a spare in when experimenting with smoothwall (http://www.smoothwall.org/). |
