| 348701 | 2005-04-26 06:08:00 | The boss of a big company needed to call one of his employees about an urgent problem with one of the main computers . He dialled the employee's home number and was greeted with a child's whisper . "Hello . " "Is your daddy home?" he asked . "Yes," whispered the small voice . "May I talk to him?" The child whispered, "no . " Surprised, and wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, "is your mommy there? "Yes" . "May I talk with her?" Again the small voice whispered, "No" . Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss asked, "Is anybody else there?" "Yes,"whispered the child, "a policeman . " Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee's home, the boss asked, " May I speak with the policeman?" "No, he's busy", whispered the child . "Busy doing what?" "Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the Fireman," came the whispered answer . Growing concerned and even worried as he heard what sounded like a helicopter through the earpiece on the phone the Boss asked, "What is that noise?" "A hello-copper" answered the whispered voice . "What is going on there?" asked the boss, now truly alarmed . In an awed whispering voice the child answered, "The search team just landed the hello-copper . "Alarmed, concerned, and even more than just a little frustrated, the boss asked, "What are they searching for?" Still whispering, the young voice replied along with a muffled giggle: "Me" . |

| 348702 | 2005-04-26 06:11:00 | I think there should be a new rule in "Monday Laughs" to not re-post the same jokes over and over or any variations of the same jokes. :groan: When you've heard them once, you just don't "laugh" at them anymore. FYI, #1,#2,#3,#4 & #6 have been done before.Realy? Well it must have been a wee while ago, 'cause i never heard then and i got me a laugh! :D ;) |

Every multiple of 9 is the same each game (it may differ between games) Just look at any game, 9,18,27 etc will aways have the same symbol that is returned as the "one you thought of". The subtraction of the numbers from the original will always give a multiple of 9. Its a simple matter of arithmetic, not a trick at all. |

| 348705 | 2005-04-26 06:54:00 | But you could choose any number that is divisible by 9 and each number comes with a different number so..???Each time it refreshes ALL numbers divisible by 9 get the same symbol ... tale a look, 9, 18, 27, etc might ALL get the yin-yang, so once you've applied the required math to your secret choice, it to will be divisible by 9 and, wammo..... It can then guess by magic that you picked a number with the yin-yang symbol. Next refresh (try again) sees a new symbol, but same deal... everything divisable by 9 always has the same symbol, even if different from the previous symbol. :D As i suggested before, look at 18, thats the symbol that will come up. |
