651010 2008-03-20 00:41:00 Is there a (free) program out there that can store registration info for software?

I have tried Excel and Access, but they have too many limitations for what I want to do.

Thanks

651011 2008-03-20 00:43:00 Would a screenshot and a backed up pics folder do the job? Or do you want to be able to copy and paste text, serial numbers etc. wratterus (105)

Access: can't put records in alphabetical order in datasheet view and have that change reflected in a form (makes finding s/w MUCH easier!)

Excel: Width I need is more than a A4 sheet of paper (and I don't have an A3 printer) and don't want to wrap text in cells.

651015 2008-03-20 01:31:00 If you want info for installed software then a auto search and store program, that can export (xml, html, email, spreadsheet, database, etc) such as WinAudit (www.snapfiles.com) may help... kahawai chaser (3545)
