| 651268 | 2008-03-21 04:20:00 | In my firefox browser, when I use back button (backward/forward) to go back to previous page, none of the webpage button works. It has to be refresh for the buttons to work. Didn't use to be this way. Any suggestions. Many thanks. | lightfoot (39) | ||

| 651270 | 2008-03-21 07:26:00 | What version of FF are you using - it may need to be reinstalled, download the latest version and install that, if it still persists, you may need to save your bookmarks, remove your profile and replace book marks. But first Id try making a new profile. Save any book marks, then delete the current profile and create a new one - heres how (support.mozilla.com) You can also try running FF in safe mode to see if works, Click Start, locate the mozilla Firefox Folder in the Programs list, then select Firefox ( Safe mode) , see if it works then. |
