| 351748 | 2005-05-03 08:31:00 | 1] I complained to the govt regarding not maintaining civil rights laws by allowing me to abused for having a mental illness, and they did not act to reduce when asked 3 times, with no reply to the emails. 2] Charging around $1000/Hour to recover data from user log files. I forwarded this to the privacy comissioner who said they are only allowed to charge a normal/reasonable amount. they infact charge 4-5x more for recovering Privacy data. The admitted how long it took them in an email and how much they charge, it works out at $1000/hour. This is against the privacy law standard of New Zealand i assume so i forwarded it to the Privacy Comissioner. The admin said they will remove me because i complained to the govt This is about my 4th/5th account, they keep removing me without a due provocation. Note after i told said that to the privacy comissioner, they changed their statement and said it requires higlighy expert professionals to recover data from a database. And where they said it took around 20 minutes. After i told the comissioner they claimed it took an hour and requires expert people which the cost is high. But they keep removing me every few hours anyway. I got an email saying seeing as i was taking 'action against them' by writing to the government, i would be removed |

| 351750 | 2005-05-03 08:58:00 | The privacy commissioner said they can charge a normal/reasonable amount only Their normal rate is $200/Hour The time they said before the privacy commisioner got involved was 20 minutes. The normal/reasonable amount is $70.00 / $200 Hour They charge $200.00 / $1000 Hour The privacy laws are not made for the purpose of financial benefit i would assume, but to protect people and compensate for the time lost, not to earn heaps of money. Why does NZ Dating get away with this? |

I assume its my right to complain if laws are not complied with and I think it is grossly unfair business wise to eliminate me for trying to comply and report breaches of New Zealand Law' Attached various logs. |

| 351756 | 2005-05-03 09:16:00 | Lets see if I understand this, you made a pest of yourself at some site (NZ Dating) they got sick of it so you made a pest of yourself with a Govenmet department, they pretty much ignored you so you head over here to make a pest of yourself and make noise about how your going to be an even bigger pest at even more Gov departments... Wouldn't it just be easier to not be a pest? |
