Used ones can be refurbished and if you want say an "A" grade refurbished one it will cost - 20ft = $2150 - 2300 + GST 40ft = $3000 - 3200 + GST. Those that are not refurbished are cheaper. After emptying it, he waterproofed it and shoved it in a hole gouged out of a bank (he lives in a rural setting). Presto! A great storage room, and can be used as a wine 'cellar'.
