I would highlight people are hardly impartial and present what facts they think are appropriate, and 2-3 of the people here have been at some point and time banned for comments directed towards me. As far as I recall no one has been banned for the complaints you laid aginst them/us/me. I was infact thanked for not giving you the flaming you warrented over one of your earlier escapades. hows that for something to think about? |

But what you're presenting here: Sounds stupid Makes you look extraordinarily immature Is impractical Doesn't relate even closely to any real world situation Isn't even a dot on the surface of bigger issues . You are demanding information from NZDating because someone was mean to you . They can't release it, and damn well shouldn't . If it's that big a deal to you, print the web pages/e-mails/chat logs out . Take it into your nearest Police watch house and ask to make a complaint and see how far you get . That or direct your energies somewhere useful, campaign against buildings without wheelchair access or something . Just because someone teased you for whatever reason the world shouldn't stop turning, for them, NZDating or you . Someone kill this thread please . |

| 351797 | 2005-05-03 11:17:00 | I would highlight they can give over the logs, but they want to charge $200 instead of the normal/reasonable rate of $70.00 The Privacy act interpreated from what i got of the privacy comissioner and interpreted says they can charge normal/reasonable rates. nearly 3x more than what they indicated by email as their normal/reasonable rate I believe is 3x more thanr normal/resonable and as such may need addressing. That was what i wanted to highlight moreso than people attacking me personally. The issue, not to be attacked for raising the issue. |
