If you were to piss me/my company off I could quite happily ban your IP address/IP block from our server and there wouldn't be a thing you could do about it. No different to the management right to refuse entry to a bar. Edit: And further more, it's free speech. They can pretty much say/do what they want. Unless it's threats to your physical wellbeing (i.e. death threats) or slanderous (i.e. OMG CREIGHTON IS A SOMETHING (i.e. pedophile/rapist/philanderer/bankrupt)) then you haven't got a leg to stand on. If someone (lets say me for instance :D) calls you a numbnuts, or makes fun of you in the street would you expect police intervention? Or if it was in a shop would you expect the shop assistant to give you a copy of the persons eftpos receipt and their surveillance footage so you can track them down? I think not. Welcome to the intarweb, once on board, apply common sense and ensure you keep your hands inside the car until the ride has come to a complete stop. 9 times out of 10 it makes sense. |

Assuming that is you right Josiah? I could be mistaken. I would not tell them what they should do, but highlight the facts as appropriate. I left the venture, and now certain people may or may not be upset because i was to be the web developer of the site and it may be possible they bear resentment towards me. I would suggest that Jen be the elected person to make the decision as assumably she may have less bias and resentment from possible business interactions. |

I have already highlighted they insulted me for having a mental illness. To be honest i will consult the appropriate people. I would highlight people are hardly impartial and present what facts they think are appropriate, and 2-3 of the people here have been at some point and time banned for comments directed towards me. |
