The other Mods, Chill and Bruce have just as much input to keep things running smoothly and I think they do a great job. :) As a Mod you can't make everyone happy. You get comments that you are too hard or too soft, biased or not fair, pendatic or not pendatic enough - you will never win. Misty, I have no idea what you are referring to, perhaps you have me confused with someone else :confused: |

| 350633 | 2005-04-30 12:54:00 | I reakon Jen does a great job. She may rub the odd person up the wrong way on occasion, and your's truly is not immune to that. But, I bet it pales to insignificance to the rubbing that goes the other way (that goes for all the mods). For those that crave freedom, who would like the reigns loosened a bit, would like to be a little more expressive without fear or favour: I came across a forum that I liked the look of. Good topic and Wow, is this a breath of fresh air and a great advert for freedom - I thought, no holds barred here, I'm into this, yeea ha!. I joined up and lurked to get a feel for the place. But, I've not made one post on that forum, I know that whatever is posted turns to a slanging match (the term, slanging doesn't do it justice), or straight out cussing contest. When I say cussing, I mean cussing: S*, B*, F*, C*, your <insert family memebr> is a*. Basically, any promissing subject is turned into a competition or borishness and any worth is lost. I's not because I'm a prude, it's not because I don't enjoy a scrap, it's because the purpose of the forum is lost in the slime and it all becomes very dull within a short space of time. So keep it up guys and girl, quality has a price, just don't ping me please :D |
