| 350535 | 2005-05-05 09:24:00 | I've ordered from them 3 times. All the staff I've dealt with struggled with basic English. The first time I ordered from them, they "forgot" to ship an item which was later supplied. The next two times were both orders that included a 256MB stick of RAM. Both times, I received a 128MB stick that conveniently didn't have a single sticker identifying it on it. If it was just once I'd accept a mistake, twice makes me think they're hoping people don't notice and get away with supplying cheaper lesser products. Ascent is by far and away the best. Paradigm PC's and PBTech are both good. |
