If nothing else comes up I can probably supply you with a copy of Windows for Workgroups 3.11, which is fundamentally the same as Windows 3.1 but includes various improvements, and (I think) Networking, which wasn't in the earlier OS.

PM me if interested.

Cheers

Floppy? Floppy?

Is that some kind of early flexible USB pendrive or something...?

651359 2008-03-21 19:21:00 You need DOS to get Windows 3.1 working, it was just a shell, not an OS. DOS was the OS. :) pcuser42 (130)
651360 2008-03-21 19:38:00 Can I state the obvious and say It is actually illegal to download any Microsoft operating system they are all still in copyright, and Bill, Steve and the rest of the Gang are unlikely to change that Morgenmuffel (187)

Windows included MSDOS back then and you could shell to DOS.

Much like the cmd in Win XP.
