Silly question really.They are on borrowed time with me.I'm unable to download my e-mails using outlook express (Win XP Pro).We have three computers and I'm unable to get any of them to download my e-mails.I have spoken to Xtra 3 times now to no avail and I have to wait until 9:30am tomorrow for a level 3 tech to help.I have little or no faith in Xtra some I'm asking if anyone cane help.Error message is listed below: An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop3.xtra.co.nz', Server: 'pop3.xtra.co.nz', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x80004005 I have 'Googled' the error and done what it has suggested but it has made no difference.
