| 353220 | 2005-05-08 02:59:00 | I have that, and its a fine phone, but its not a very loud ring tone . they keep dropping in price as well . I like it, good key pad size, nice to handle and hold, but i have to now wear it round my nexk on a strap as being hearing impaired its not loud enuf when in my bag so i miss calls, and female clothes dont have many pockets nowadays . i have tried downloading other tones, but because (PF1 told) its polyphonic? it will not get much louder, and Mercury??? has this phone as well and if you look up him or me you will find a thread on this phone . . . . and the drama we are having . otherwise i like it . but in saying that if givin the option again i may not buy it . . . . . . not knowing what i know now . but sound is critical for me . best of luck found the thread hope it works . . . . pcworld . co . nz/showthread . php?t=56342" target="_blank">pressf1 . pcworld . co . nz beetle |

Or the sagem C5-2 www.vodafone.co.nz At $299..., if you prefer a flip phone... Both have higher "polyphonics" than the Telecom one, so the ringtones should sound better |

| 353224 | 2005-05-08 05:33:00 | dont get a tx115c. ive got it and i am slightly regreting it. the receiption is not that good if you dont live in a town or a city, the ringer volume is poor. that is the downside if the phone. id recommend getting the model before the tx115c, its the tx95c. its better. bigger screen and it looks a lot tougher, i think the ringer on it is better. or if your budget allows you to a sanyo 7400 would be really good :thumbs: |
