What he is saying is he's allowed to blow Apples trumpet, But wants no one to discuss it in a frank manner, Because following it to its logical conclusion qualifies as Mac bashing . It would be like me announcing a new product, hmm . . . lets say its an ATI 9550, with Vertex shaders up to 1024 instructions with flow control,Hyper Z technology, Intergrated motion compensation and iDCT . All for some stupid price, Lets say $499 . And if anyone points out that its just marketing fluff and you can get a card for half the price that performs 5 times better then . . . "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN MY THREAD IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED,YOUR ALL HATERS AND IN LOVE WITH BILL GATES'S MOTHER,THIS IS ONLY FOR THIS INTERESTED,GET OUT, GET OUT, SUCK IT DOWN,PAY THE CASH, DON'T EVALUATE IT" etc etc . Sorry Plod, I stayed out for as long as I could . Muhahahahaha . So true Metla , it was an early warning after my last post about the power mac's . I realise the majority aren't interested, but there are some that are . Just the same as if people anounce a new linux distro or a piece of software . As i hold apple shares i do have a invested interest in the company . And highlander you are right about car crashes, thats what keeps me up late on a sunday night . As for the Vapo and Cicero isn't about time you got your owm opinions and stopped using Metla's? I have delayed my response so i wouldn't have to keep replying . As for the new release's i think they show great value for money and what a fine machine . |
