| 352962 | 2005-05-06 23:43:00 | With the recent launch of the 64-bit version of XP Pro I thought I would pass along a pretty informative thread from over at madonion, Its worth a read even if filed away use in a few months time. discuss.futuremark.com Personally I would suggest waiting a good six months before purchasing this software, Unless you want to be a guinia pig, The bleeding edge (okay, that may not apply,it is MS after all) is not a comfertable place to be. |

| 352963 | 2005-05-07 00:06:00 | just heard that you would have to run it naked because there is no support for virus or spyware protection. Is anyone planning to get it. | plod (107) | ||
| 352964 | 2005-05-07 00:10:00 | There are 2 virus programs that run, Though I would have to look it up to find out which 2 they are, I think Avast is one of them. I plan on get it, but I will wait 6 months.Suport in the way of software and drivers should snowball now, And I have a hankering to make use of the 64-bit capabilities of my CPU, even if in a limitied fashion. |
