Some that I like are below.
BTW, your personal blog page is interesting !!

Launcher (www.micro-sys.dk) is an easy-to-use personal shortcut manager that can launch all kinds of files and programs. Drag-and-drop operations are supported; this means that when Launcher is in "Manage Items" mode, it is possible to configure shortcuts by "dragging" files from e.g. Windows Desktop and then "dropping" them into Launcher. One can create an unlimited amount of user defined sub-folders and item (e.g. program) shortcuts. Launcher always resides in the system tray per default; however, one can turn this off in settings. Launcher also has various GUI options, e.g. customizable program font setup (name and size).

RegShot (http://the7thlab.mybesthost.com/) is a small registry compare utility that allows you to quickly take a snapshot of your registry and then compare it with a second one - done after doing system changes or installing a new software product. The changes report can be produced in text or HTML format and contains a list of all modifications that have taken place between the first and second snapshot. In addition, you can also specify folders (with subfolders) to be scanned for changes as well.

freeCommander (www.freecommander.com) is a dual-pane file manager which is more powerful than Windows Explorer. It has a built-in file viewer to view files in hex, binary, text or image format. It has built-in archive handling ability for ZIP (read, write), CAB (read, write) and RAR (read). It supports calculation of folder size, folder comparison/synchronization, file search and filtering etc. Unfortunately, it does not support Unicode filenames.

Disk Investigator (www.theabsolute.net) displays the true drive contents by bypassing the operating system and directly reading the raw drive sectors. You can view and search raw directories, files, clusters, and system sectors, verify the effectiveness of file and disk wiping programs, and undelete previously deleted files.

Restoration (www.geocities.jp) helps undelete files that were deleted accidentally by mistake. It even work with removable media such as CF or SF cards. You can scan for all files that could be recovered, or filter the results by entering a search term or extension. This program also has a secure wipe feature that makes it impossible to restore deleted files.
