Like I can't tune my TV in, can you tune it in for me? If it's on a pure warranty issues and getting replacements, I don't understand how some of those places can be so far down the list as they are THE.BEST for this area. Though of course I guess that not everyone participates in a Consumer poll. |

Kind of like the PCWorld yearly best. Such as: Who do you like the best? Dell Compaq HP Ultra 3 guesses how its going to come out... |

Yet it's not listed. |

| 354050 | 2005-05-11 22:55:00 | This survey covered a period from the 1st of January 2001 up to present time, as well as the retailers after sales service they were also asked what brands of differant products were the most reliable eg DVD players, TVs, Cell phones, washing machines etc. They also mention about LV Martins being taken over by Smiths City late last year and in there next survey would be interesting where they stood as Smith City didn't useually score that high.
