How i solved that problem was to buy the extended warranty within the first year, warranty covers battery failure, A battery that falls under 50% of life = failure, which means replacement battery under warranty Oh, I'm sorry plod. I thought you said that iPods were cheaper. I like my mp3 players to last longer than 2 years. kthxbai |

I like my mp3 players to last longer than 2 years. kthxbai It was the cheapest 20gig player at the time for what i wanted, i think paying $99 dollars for an extra 2 years warranty is cheap. I use my every day for the last 8months with no battery problems. It is the 4 th gen model so things have improved |
