354535 2005-05-13 11:38:00 PC sales are down?

Dell just reported increased sales and raised their expected profits . . .

Anyhow, Apple should be able to maintain a large chunk of the market, they already have the brand name assiciated with the service so thats the best possible start, I would say they will have to get more competitive as far as price is concerned (for the ipod) if they want to stay market leader .

Personally I would never buy one just because the price is so far out of whack with what your getting, and I have no intention of buying music online, nor being forced to use itunes just to copy files onto a gloerified harddrive .

That and the fact they look gay .

Gayer then an Elton and a Freddie having a naked embrace .

Gayer then a man with a handbag, leather hat and handlebar moustache . welll metla since i have never seen you, you could be as a gay as a fagot on a harley . Your idea as style must be stuck back in the 70's somewhere if you think the ipod looks gay

354536 2005-05-13 11:42:00 well if you can find an alternative that you have tried that beats the ipod on quality and specs i would be most interested? plod (107)
354537 2005-05-13 11:42:00 I would never buy an iPod because 99% of my music is in WMA, and ipods dont play wma. Im just sticking to my 128mb MP3 player - which can play wma

354539 2005-05-13 13:57:00 I wonder if Plod is starting to see the pattern yet.

Perhaps we need a professional deprogrammer to break him free from these delusions, From everything I have seen reversing the brainwashing isn't to hard after you tie them to a chair and get busy with a set of pliers and a weilding torch...

...or did i get that off pulp fiction?

Plod just likes to fish, and when the biggest fish, viz. Metla, takes the bait, he is like a kid reeling in his first big snapper. But now the fish doesn't take the bait and does something very clever. like this news item (www.iol.co.za).
