Banning people for just being immature would leave this forum bereft of a few members ;) Some younger members are easily over excited on a forum and perhaps behave in a manner that while not offensive, certainly irritates the heck out of other members. With a bit of guidance there is no reason why they cannot become a good contributing member of this forum. There are some members (for those who have been around for a bit) who also started out in this manner, but soon settled down to be helpful regulars. The hardest part is to get them to this stage without being eaten for breakfast first by the other members. :rolleyes: |
