653989 2008-03-29 08:37:00 I am wanting to update several Windows XP SP2 machines (fresh installations) with all critical security patches. Other than just updating each one, downloading all updates on each, is there a way I can download all of these updates to disk and just install them without the need to download them on every PC? ryanjames.powell (13554)

Then use a batch file to install each one. (use /silent and /norestart switches)

Or just wait for XP SP3.

Then you can slipstream IE 7 (If you want it, but you'll have to get the IE 7 updates as well), WMP 11, XP SP2 / 3.

Then once you install it, there wont be anything else to update
