| 654533 | 2008-03-31 06:21:00 | Just one last minor niggle for those that lived with me through last week's adventures... My broadband ethernet internet is all ok, and working well. However, the icon on my screen (and I'm with Xtra :() that I should be able open and do such things as check whether I'm connected or not, but more importantly, change my password, is asking me for a user name and password (and it isn't my Xtra user name & password). I can't get through to Xtra tonight, so anyone here any suggestions? The message on the screen is: Server 10.1.1.1 at DSL-32G requires user name and password. |

| 654535 | 2008-03-31 06:25:00 | That will be a link to your broadband router. Did you setup the router, if so you will (should) know the password) If not, it's probably the default router password, but someone should know what is factory shipped. |
