355907	2005-05-17 04:37:00	Ok have this sound system, and all goes ok, but occasionally the woofer??? comes and goes with the sound which makes the other speakers sound a bit tinny???? I was given the greatest of advice . . . . . . . Kick it . . . :p but that makes no difference . . . . . . LOL This is on Peach by the way . . . . . . . beloved comp . . . . . is it likely to be a wire prob or a speaker prob likely? otherwise the sound fair cranks out when i bother to turn up the tunes . . . . . :rolleyes: :lol: all connections seem fine, as its all been apart and now back together and yes it did it before the moving about . its a beetle thing im sure . . . i sit to close maybe . . . . :dogeye: as a side issue, we have been through only 4 microwaves this month alone . . . . and one heater . . . . . 355908	2005-05-17 04:44:00	Does the woofer jump into life when your turn the volume up? Does yanking (gently) on the wires cause the woofer to start? Do you have a seperate volume control within windows for the woofer? Good thing you got that 2nd hand speaker setup for next to nothing . . . . . . . . . . :rolleyes:	Metla (12)
355909	2005-05-17 04:50:00	LOL Do you have nothing to do but watch out for beetle posts to jump to the rescue?????????????????? :p kicks dont work and pulling last time tried it didnt make a diff either . . . and dunno about the windows bit . . . . . must try again . . . . . if i turn the system on and off it starts into life but usually dies out after a while . . . sometimes less than a minute . . . . . hahahahaha :rolleyes: and im not grumbling . . . . . :@@: When plugging headphones in is this automatic to stop all noise coming out of the speakers???? maybe i have the wrong headphones . . . . . ???
