Seriously, while Kim does imho need to retire, she should be kept on standby, sort of like a rapid deployment force, in order to rip into Winston or any other slippery character. And radio only. For TV she should be one who trains other presenters in how to deal with 'unwieldy' people. |

I don't know what goes on in her life but I can't stand watching someone who just looks so perpetually miserable . John Campbell is a cheerful chappy and that's what I want to see along with my daily dose of disasters and scandals . :thumbs: - Theres enuff crap in the world, the News most of all, so to get a miserable presenter makes some of us reach for the On/Off button . And here we have the problem with television . Everything is now infotainment . Gotta be young, attractive, and cheerful . "Looks" are everything . Until I read the above posts (no offence intended guys) I thought that the general public didn't care about what interviewers looked like . That the culture of infotainment and personality was purely the creation of TV executives . Apparently I'm naive . Appearance is much more important than ideas and intelligence . Walter Cronkite would'nt stand a chance today . |

When the appearance and the sounds emitted are of an unpleasant nature,in spite of the intelligence,it must be commented on. Unfortunitly her stupidity will have her repeat the question several times, maybe if she wasent quite so rude and thinking of a place to but in she may understand the answer to her question. On the above points and the fact she is uglyer than Sam Hunt (www.samhunt.co.nz/). I would rather be seen driving Reliant Robin (http:) than holding hands walking down the road with her. [Edit]No offence to Females, Males, Sam Hunt or the Reliant Robin intended. |
