| 359094 | 2005-05-29 00:29:00 | But you don't need to go on the internet in OSX because most computer apps ever made are designed for OSX and run perfectly on it, and it has the best selection of games | Edward (31) | ||
| 359095 | 2005-05-29 05:07:00 | Better than OSX didn't see anything in the article about os x, My comments were based on the question asked and by reading the article I gave an answer. I truely believe the best people to comment on xp would be the ones that have used it and tried other OS's, so at least they have something to compare too, opposed to those comments based on ignorance or arogance. |

| 359096 | 2005-05-29 06:32:00 | I use both and its nice to see a review from the linux point of view as opposed to the microsoft one . Its normally windoze users going on about linux being unfrendly when it comes to drivers. As I said this refreashing reveiw. There is only one thing that I couldnt understand, that is its lack of support for soft modems, But this is being addressed now by some distro's. Lets face it if you what to attract users of other os's, you have give them the abilty to use all thier exsisting hardware without any additional cost. The aurgument of a softmodem being a waste of cpu cycles is not valid I think because cpus are so powerfull these days a few cycles on a modem instruction is hardly noticed. Windoze takes a eight count (not 10) over this article. Thanks vinref |
