It's a collection of DLLs, which won't be loaded unless you have some software which calls the routines in them. If you're not developing software, you're unlikely to have (or be able to get) any such software. |

If the computer was used for anything that matters I would agree with you, but my computer is named "jack's Toy". That describes it fully. |
