| 357747 | 2005-05-23 07:37:00 | Hi all I remember years ago on a tv show (beyond 2000 i think), there being a segment on a lamp that turns on at a low light level at say 7am and then slowly builds up to full brightness by say 7:30, so it's more of a natural wake up in the morning I have a feeling it also used a vitamin D or E light bulb but don't quote me on that part If any one knows where to get one of these could you please let me know as it may come in useful on these cold dark mornings Thanks Nigel |

Having the light shining in your eyes is also damaging. Why not just put a spot light on a timer and let it blast on full pointed at your pillow area. Should wake you up. :D If I had a light which turned on slowly, I would just keep on sleeping right through it all ... |
