656240 2008-04-05 20:35:00 Hi members! I have this annoying problem on boot-up, where I get the message "Driver error, press F1 to continue." This appeared when I was trying to install a webcam (which incidentally I have been unable to do.) I am running XP Pro. Any thoughts from the brilliant minds here. Thanks all. Tony S. (450)

And delete it

656242 2008-04-06 08:30:00 yea, that's what I thought too, thanks Speedy, but could u please expand on what sort of startup entry to look for. I am not quite as smart as u guys when it comes to computers. Thanks Tony S. (450)
656243 2008-04-06 08:34:00 Look for any startup items that appear to be linked to the name of your webcam, if you find something google it or post it here to make sure it is related before disabling. stormdragon (6013)
656244 2008-04-06 08:48:00 Get ccleaner then go to tools / startup, if u can take a snapshot (printscr) then paste it into a gfx program or something. And upload it to image F1

Open the ccleaner window, so we can see whats there
