It is just as wrong as Telecom holding a near monopoly on internet access, and as a consequence have force NZers to pay exorbitant prices and suffer bullsh*t service for years. So I have no sympathy for Telecom on the matter, but it is still wrong. Anyway, I am sure Telecom will find a way to bill you regardless. Unless you know for sure, don't follow rumours in case Telecom whacks you with a big bill, or cap you for the whole of the next cycle... |

Since i have niether raped or murdered anyone yet I cannot comment on your examples, but will let you know when it happens |
