| 362013 | 2005-06-08 00:19:00 | Its a good move, yanking mail access away from an infected computer is a good start, Though I personally believe ISP's should be forced by law to yank all access from comps or networks broadcasting scumware out over the net. | Metla (12) | ||
| 362014 | 2005-06-08 01:31:00 | I dont have a problem with them blocking bad machines from using it, but you should be allowed to be unblocked, even if you have to ask to be (and they need to let residents use it as well). Daniel |

| 362015 | 2005-06-08 03:10:00 | "O No" says scumware creater Harry Felcher "They're bocking port 25, i'm going to have to write something that uses port 434 instead" "O No" says telecom, "there's crap on port 434, lets block that too!" "Darn" says scumware creater Harry Felcher "i'll have to use port 1234 now!" "O No" says telecom, "there's crap on port 1234, lets block that too! Lets kill port 80 while we are at it!" etc etc etc. "Why doesnt the net do much any more?" says everyone connecting through telecom. This is not the answer, unless port blocking is used SPECIFICLY to block infected machines only. :stare: |
