361475 2005-06-24 09:07:00 Totally agree with FoxyMX about posting your thanks / response in the same thread rather than a PM. Let's everyone know what the outcome is instead of just appearing to dissappear, means we, well lot's of us, can learn something worked or not..........m :2cents: mark c (247)
361476 2005-06-25 11:43:00 I havent used this forum for a long time and I notice it has changed dramatically.Although I see the Godfather is still providing valuable advice.
What exactly do you do to ask a new question.
I cant view my files on my palm and I want to ask for help.

I cant view my files on my palm and I want to ask for help.PressF1 is now divided into two forums, PC World PressF1 (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz) and PC World Chat (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz). To make a new thread in the appropriate forum look for the New Thread button found at the top and bottom of each main page, on the far left hand side. You will also notice that this forum allows each user to edit their own post up to 15 minutes after posting it - this is indicated by the Edit button that is only visible to you under your new post. After the 15 minutes has passed, you will no longer be able to edit that post. The edit function is quite good for last minute additions to your post or for correcting formatting/typo's etc.

Please ask if you have any further questions. :)

361478 2005-06-26 01:24:00 This would be one of my most favourtie sites, none of which I seem to get enough time to visit. Other stuff to do, like read the PCWorld mag from cover to cover, as well as scroll through here. I usually thank people in advance or in a PM afterwards. Another point to ponder is the fact that, as advised in your preamble, I use the "search" facility first of all and more often than not find the help I need there. I also check out a photography/camera site and a couple of travel sites as well. Last thing - I don't feel experienced enough to offer advice or help - your regular contributors are excellent. katharinem (3459)
