| 656845 | 2008-04-07 11:14:00 | Hello, new to this chat /forum but gave been told that solutions are here My Laptop 1gb,vista home premium 120gb hd is very slow in loading the log in screen. Any solutions for that. Slow in loading the essnetials and logging to wirless network at home daughter comter has xp home and thats very fast to load and log on. Any solution for my laptop. |

| 656850 | 2008-04-07 22:07:00 | How slow is slow ?? Example: I have a customers Toshiba A200 2.0CPU, with 1 Gb RAM, running Vista Business - it has Nod32 AV installed. ( second New laptop this week, both start around the same time frame, the other has a 1.7 CPU) Start up times (and I did actually time this) from completely off / press the power button to the start Orb showing 30 Seconds, total start up time fully funning from off, 70 seconds. As drcspy said if you have nortons that will put on the hand brake. |
