| 657732 | 2008-04-10 07:35:00 | I was following up on the PC World artical in the April edition: How to prepare a video for your ipod. PC World recommended downloading Roxio Crunch. I have done this but when trying to install the programme, I get an error message “RoxioCrunchver1.01win_G502BZT0CRU.exe is not a valid win32 application”. I am running windows vista business version. Any ideas? | ewok (13608) | ||
| 657733 | 2008-04-10 07:50:00 | Turn any firewalls off and see if it installs. Or it maybe corrupt, try downloading it again Is Itunes installed?? It looks like this is a system requirement |
