658064 2008-04-11 12:38:00 Hey all,

I have just bought my new PC (see my sig :) ) and in Vista (Hm Prem) I can't use the context menu item "add to WMP playlist" - WMP says it can't play the file. But if I open just that file in WMP it plays OK. How can I get the ability to add to WMP playlist??

Also, my 4GB Sandisk Titanium flash drive is playing up. When I plug it in, the blue light on it goes on for 1/2 second then goes off. To get the PC to recognise it I need to replug it several times (until the light goes on solidly). It does this on every computer I've tried it on, with both XP, 2000 and vista which makes mw think it's something to do with the drive itself. Is there anything I can do to make it work properly again?

Also, a friend has a 8600GT graphics card and a 22" WS monitor. He wants to play a game (I forget it's name) that only runs properly in 4:3 aspect ratio, but he can't find anywhere in the nVidia Control panel to make it cut off the sides of the image (ie make it 4:3 aspect). Can it be done??

Sorry for so many questions this late at night!!

658065 2008-04-11 12:56:00 Makes me think that the flashdrive might have a loose contact inside. One of mine did and you had to plug it in many times until it found a position where the contacts touched inside. beeswax34 (63)
