I made an order with this Company on 22 May and sent off Cheque for payment.The cheque was cleared by them on 03 June but I still do not have my new Hard Drive. I get no replies to emails and the company phone and fax numbers ring but there is no one there day or night . I am in Hawera and would love someone in Auckland to be able to confirm that they are a real company. Have I been scammed ? and if so we need to tell other unsuspecting buyers about them. I see from their website they have had email problems in the last two weeks and some have gone missing. Yours might be in this lot. I just phoned them now and got their afterhours message. 364200	2005-06-15 12:55:00	Marshman - I have placed a few orders with SuperCheap and have had no problems + quick service. However, I transferred $ from my bank account to their's, and I assumed that this was the only way it could be done, except for fronting up personally at the shop. Do a Search here on PF1 to see other threads on SuperCheap; from memory, they usually will not answer the phone or provide after-purchase service (unless you are there in person). Have you tried writing a snail mail letter as well as faxing (if they have a fax?). Maybe some helpful PF1er JAFA can walk into the shop and present your case to them.	Strommer (42)
