| 659287 | 2008-04-15 23:32:00 | Hi all I am considering buying an LCD Monitor to replace my 17 CRT. I can get 19" 4 x 3 format monitors quite easily and I know they will work fine but I rather fancy a wide screen such as a 20" which are 1680 x 1050 pixels in size My computer is quite fast enough and I have plenty of memory but the Graphics card is a slug compared to modern ones Its a 64 meg GeForce MX440 but I am not a gamer so vast capacity and speed is not an issue. I do however do quite a bit of Photo editing. It has been suggested that the Card may not be up to running that sort of resolution and I wonder if any of you guys have had any experience with this sort of setup and care to comment Many Thanks |
