365325 2005-06-29 00:16:00 Screendoor is like a screendoor or fine mesh layed over the entire picture, only really noticable when viewing large areas of white (such as navigating through Windows) The problem is that different units of the same model do it to different degress. I am also told if you can see it,then your sitting too close. Some people are more bothered by it then others, Like I have said, Those who have viewed my screen didn't know what I was on about when I tried to point it out to them.

Which may be the case, as the room I have it in isn't real big compared to the screen. I was asked to make it a little smaller by some that came over for the rugby. I told em to harden up.

Muhahahaha.

Though those two were sitting 4 feet closer then everybody else.

Try before I buy?

Nope, Took a punt.(after reseaching the issue), Though it can't hurt to wander into a department store and see what one looks like running. If your ever near Wanganui just give a holler and I'll show you my setup.

I would class the issues as non-issues, Those I had over for the rugby were quite stunned by the setup. After showing them TV, DVD's, games, Internet, and then moving onto life-size (if not bigger) photo's and video's of the lads themselves.....

365326 2005-06-29 00:25:00 Lets say you would invite 10 people over to watch a DVD movie, Master and Commander or whatever. Would any of them be likely to complain about the picture qualityAre you kidding, Steve? Can you imagine anyone having the temerity to even mention anything negative, let alone complain about Metla's setup within his earshot? :kill:

LMAO

Ha!!

Actually, the image I have of our PF1 Resident Wit is that he would only invite pro wrestlers, bikies, ex-cons and CIA hackers over to his place! :D
