Its when things don't work and you try to return it that the nice, polite disappears and the non-existent customer service appears. |

| 365622 | 2005-08-07 05:16:00 | Well, earlier I posted about how nothing had gone wrong in all my dealings with them, and now I'm here to say the exact opposite: In my last order of several parts, I asked for a graphics card that they said was limited in stock - and that I may have to choose a different one. I received another email shortly afterwards telling me that it was in stock, and that they were waiting on my payment. And so I paid. And so three out of four came - the one that didn't come was the graphics card. I sent them an email to find out what happened, and checked my order on the site. It says there that I only ordered three things (the graphics card is not listed), and there is no mention of the graphics card anywhere else either. Confused, I checked the invoice they sent me - and low and behold there it was. That was a week ago, and I haven't received a reply since - i've tried emails and their web mail form, and have received nothing back. Worst part is this was on behalf of a mate, who is still waiting. I'll try calling them monday, I want my refund! |

| 365625 | 2006-01-13 03:17:00 | For those who have not been to Supercheap's store in Auckland, here (photobucket.com) are two photos of the shop, one outside and one inside. It is located on Pitt Street, near Karagahape Rd. I managed to get a park on Pitt... :rolleyes: I bought a modem for my son's PC. Only $16 with GST and it works. :) The man who served me was a polite, quiet guy. From India I think. On my way back home to Masterton, I was clicking lots of photos and film clips. The one of the Chevy Impala was crazy...! :lol: :blush: What they are made of, I am not sure. Real????!!!?? The photo is not so clear because the Chev was cruising at 125 - 130 and I was shooting through the windscreen while driving. Hi, hope your all doing well... Being a pomme i expected a good range of products to buy on the internet....it seems not.... I used Super Cheaper Computers twice and on the third go they just seemed to disappear, phone system packed up, they didn't reply to the emails etc etc...i don't need to say more really... The reason I'm writing this post is that you can actually speak to someone if you ring the number on the picture that this gentlemen kindly posted. Within 5 minutes I received a email from SC saying that the product was out of stock. Mind you I had left 3 phone messages and countless emails the last phone message saying I'm going to contact small claims and get my money back.... Surely more than 3 must of complained to him by now. If not go to pricespy and complain now. After getting a Asus motherboard which never worked and advised within a few days early December last year and sent board back. Still waiting for refund 6 weeks later which I demanded as unable to fix etc in resonable time frame besides it never worked. Sent emails faxes etc. went in store and spoke to indian lady whom I understand is in charge. Still got no where. I asked didnt you recieve all my emails. Her reply was we dont read emails. I said why bother having a email address?. She offered no reply and said we no longer stock Asus motherboards pointing to a bare shelf where they were before. Now I note they are advertising on their website these boards again. So another lie? If enough people would complain to the Commerce Commision they investigate these roosters. I note that Global Computers has the same director so unsure what the story is here. I note these comment on there site how wonderfull they are, but lets face it would they display the unsatisfied customers.? | Brassed Off (6217) | ||

Prakash mane is the only ph no that actually rings but for some reason???? he never answers. By the way his wife is the director of super Cheap computers not that he will admit this. He is the director of globa computers. Take my advice stay well clear of these con artists., |
