| 658632 | 2008-04-14 07:00:00 | I am running xp pro and have just returned and my pc wont start. When I power up after about 10 seconds or so it beeps four times. The first two seem to roll over the top of each other, almost like 1 beep then followed by 3 more. I was home for lunch and it started fine. No other problems prior to this. I thought maybe a problem with ram or hd so disconnected at both ends then reconnected but no joy. I tried searching for previous threads similar to this but there are so many. Thanks in advance. |
