One running up the west of the country, one running up the east. The east was cut yesterday and under repair at the time the west was cut by a post hole digger. And typical of Xtra was the advice that nothing was currently wrong with the service when I phoned them to see if they were responsible for my lack of connection...When did you ring them. They may not have known what the problem was at that point. |

| 365412 | 2005-06-20 09:09:00 | When did you ring them. They may not have known what the problem was at that point. Sometime midafternoon, after being offline for a couple of hours at least. Long enough for them to know the problem and inform clients honestly. |
