| 1425822 | 2016-09-09 01:18:00 | Hi Im pretty sure the answer is no , but with office365 hosted domain email can it be setup so that phones dont del from the server (using activesync) I know it could be done with pop3, but thats just too old fashioned & awefull. can this setting be done in office365 management ? or do they need to use a ph email client that has that option cheers |

| 1425823 | 2016-09-09 01:24:00 | That's the whole point of exchange activesync, keep all devices in sync so if you delete, reply, forward etc, an email on one device you see that on all your other devices. Why would you want to do that? Worried about the phone getting too full? The only way would be to use POP3 but then you will lose the syncing of everything. |
