1425756 2016-09-07 06:52:00 A friend of mine is with Spark and is having 6 extra people come to stay for a couple of months and wants to change her plan from whatever budget one she has now to unlimited for the period the extras stay for. She thinks that Spark wouldn't do it for that short a period, so I'm wondering if there's really any reason they wouldn't, and is there a customer portal with Spark where she could just log in and change the plan herself? I'm not with Spark (and never have been) so not sure how they deal with requests like this :)

Cheers,
Mike.

The thing is, it is possible and I see no reason why they would not do this, you plan for the month it falls in, request the plan to change in that billing period and it should automatically change over, then after plan is switched, any time after those month request the original and you would be back to normal next billing period.
