| 1425396 | 2016-09-05 00:51:00 | Hi Team Several days ago I checked my Broadband usage and saw that Spark was offering a free upgrade of 20GB, which would have upped our limit to 60GB. The offer didn't need any validation, they just said it would happen etc. However, I've seen no sign of the promised increase, and neither is there any sign of the offer statement. This offer was of considerable interest to me, because Billy Jnr is home again from his Cruise Ship duties and he can wipe out 10 Gigs in one night! It is hard to curb his enthusiasm, and he will not take on another Cruise for several months. Our line is primarily used for business, and another 20GB would have worked wonders for family harmony, especially when I've been finding myself back in the never-ending wait for downloads and/or uploads. Our 40GB limit is reached in 20-25 days (despite regular reminders) and he is a night owl so I can't catch him on line. My only alternative is to shut down our modem and that causes strife with Mrs T, who thinks it is all ok! So, where did that Spark offer disappear to, and has anybody managed to get the promised 20GB increase? Cheers Billy 8-{) :confused: |

| 1425405 | 2016-09-14 23:28:00 | Well, I went online with a Techo from the "cap"' page and we exchanged messages. He said that my account was showing 60GB and that the change took place a week ago. He has techs looking to see why I'm only seeing a 40GB cap, so I guess I can expect to see a revised cap figure fairly soon. The several emails we exchanged were fast, to the point, and courteous, so top marks to Spark for hiring good employees to handle these queries. Cheers Billy 8-{) :clap |
