It's premeditated, cold blooded murder, aimed at those of a certain race and profession. It's repulsive, abhorrent, and the killer should be punished with the full weight of the law. That is completely true, but on the other side of the coin police have the right not to be shot in the same manner. NOW before you go reporting more so called false statements, have a look at the following video footage of a cop being killed point blank-Now call it false.!! www.dailywire.com 'So called false statements': there is nothing 'so called' about them. They're false. They're not actually taken from the source they said they were, and they're downright wrong. It is also clear that they are falsified with the intention of stirring up anti black sentiment, as well as apathy towards police treatment of blacks. I called it false because that's what is it. If you've got a problem with that, take a good, hard look in the mirror. |

But when ever there are statics for this sort of subject it doesn't matter how a person reads it, there will ALWAYS be a huge difference depending on where the sources came from, whose reporting them and how they are interpreted from the source. When using a % there's Always a large margin for error. But again -- there are other statics. Big city cops in the US are now more hesitant that ever to even enter into minority neighborhoods. That there has been a previous huge slowdown in arrests and patrolling those areas has lately (since the Boston incident at least) seen a serious jump in what is called "Self inflicted crimes" against their own neighborhood since the police footprint is now almost non-existent in them. LA cops this morning refuse to enter minority areas without several units as backup for even a minor thing such as a petty theft from a market. Stores refuse to stay open after sunset and taxis and busses are also becoming scarce in those areas. The sidewalks are only populated by groups of minorities looking for crimes of the opportunity. Fire departments are requesting police escorts to enter alarm areas too. I don't blame the cops and especially the fire departments for that slowdown because after all its just a job and if you want to work with thE likely possibility of job related death by lead ingestion, then the military is prolly a better place. |

Where the Donald Trump statistics came from I do not know, which is why I headed my post “Make what you will of it.” However, THESE (www.fbi.gov) guys put forward some interesting statistics but I don’t know if we should believe them either. :D To their credit they do explain how the calculations were made and interestingly, in one chart, murders where one person kills more than one person, aren’t counted. I figure they consider mass murders skews the stats, where of course you could argue that not counting them skews the stats. :confused: Anyway, I’ve found why the Media don’t report every murder. I deal with people like him all the time. There's one thing - there's no actual links to any statics from any source, just useless links to what Trump said. Trumps a Politician, and we all know they do things to get attention and cause debate - I've read BM's posts, cant see anywhere where its stated as fact. So nick ol son how's about posting some FACTS - along with Links from creditable sources instead of spouting off and running down everyone else's posts. Put up !! If you even bothered to look at the links I posted there's several there within the article going to various places along with a spreadsheet that reported events and where the data came from. There is also a graph that can be altered to look at what you wanted in particular. Bet it was never looked at. So to post a screen shot of the options, please note that according to the statics more whites have been shot by cops than blacks or any other race. 7299 |

Some of the neighborhoods portrayed on the TV show "The Shield ( . wikipedia . org/wiki/The_Shield" target="_blank">en . wikipedia . org)" look pretty war torn with nasty shooting scenes involving corrupt cops . How then do TV companies get in to film (er . . . shoot) those scenes in shot up areas? Streets loads of it . . . |
