Be interesting to see if anyone here has had their ancestry traced with one of those DNA tests ,like Willie Jackson most would be in for a few shocks

Lawrence yes I had one those taken (when it was free) by an American company, Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation on 12 May 2008. Never got the results back and when I inquired, found that like most foundations they had gone broke, who would have guessed, lol.

Ancestry.co.uk do it for 60 pounds Stirling, we pay them an annual sub. and that's expensive enough and a DNA should be free, rofl. That curse money always keeps propping up eh.

Lawrence, I don't go anywhere near the Aussie site now. The beggars kept hijacking my access to the UK site, have that sorted now.

Their charge for DNA would probably be in line with sister companies no doubt.
