1424993 2016-08-26 00:27:00 Hmmm, not sure then. I note the power buttons are on the same setting screen, maybe check to see if it's hiding on the power buttons screen?
Might also be affected but other settings or what plan you are on. I used Netplwiz to bypass the password at logon myself but I do have one, maybe it's because you don't have a password?

Or maybe I just misunderstood the issue.

1424995 2016-08-26 00:54:00 Depending on what settings you have for screen savers, power Options etc, Some settings will be removed, mine also doesn't have the password options as shown by Dugimodo. But then again it never goes into power saving modes, all disabled.

Could also be what build the OS is, settings do change / removed and added between builds.

1424996 2016-08-26 01:00:00 Mine did not have "Sign In" request upon wake-up from sleep mode under Power settings but was under account Settings sign in options

Did not know this myself but all's good now :banana

Did not know this myself but all's good now :bananaIt looks as though you have to have a password before you can use other sign-in options. I presume you have a password.?

1424999 2016-08-26 03:57:00 Simple fix :D Change to a local Account instead of a email if its being used. Then you can opt to have a password or not.

When you want to use any one of the MS services that require a Login email and password, simply sign into that one app.

1425000 2016-08-27 01:58:00 Which all confirms that W10 is designed to waste even more time than a smart phone! If you just want a work computer which is 100% reliable, doesn't need updates and simple to use, Windows 7 ticks all the boxes. Having said that, I am using Linux often now because it is ready to go every time. With Windows to do a 5 minute printing job you first get told to update everything and spend more time messing about. Linux is very good for a computer that is not used very often, no updates required. mzee (3324)
