| 1485017 | 2022-03-16 22:58:00 | Yes, I saw a doco on Bonobos once. They're very cruisy, passive. It was suggested the difference in their lifestyles and that of other apes was their promiscuity. They do it all the time, at stress times, when new ones turn up, it seemed to be a way of meet and greet, coping and so on. Might be something in it. Make love, not war? as the saying goes. |
