Starting using this some time ago .. recommended here.
Have random shut downs ( since upgrading to 11 ) when not actively using email. Also occasionally crashes when in use .. right click a folder and dies.
Recently (force) upgraded to win 11. Laptop on 11 is fine.. does not crash at all
any clues please?
Their help desk haven't provided any clues.. this :This may be caused by the Windows 11 UI Automation. It could be caused by a screen reader or other accessibility function.

1482716 2021-12-08 08:51:00 Have a look in the Reliabilty logs see if theres anything saying whats crashed ( apart from the Obvious) To open that, click Search, type in Reli, Select and open View Reliabilty History. A Red Circle with X is a fault/ Crash.

Also in the Event Viewer ( open the same as above) Windows Logs / Applications, look at the crashes - if they are Error ID 1000 thats caused usually by Corrupt System Files.

try running it in win8 compatibility mode , as per the first link above
looks like you arnt the only person with this issue .

You may need to use another email program until this is fixed

Have gone into win8 compatible mode so will report back.
Looked at other programs but this is usually good. Seems weird its fine on laptop

1482721 2021-12-08 20:13:00 Sometimes the same program will play up or work on another computer. Not all systems are identical. Usually its some sort of incompatible bug that's unknown at the time, emclient normally fix these quick. wainuitech (129)
