My brother is allergic to cow's milk. One of dad's friends suggested goat's milk and he loved it with no reaction. And the cream does not separate out - it is naturally homogenised.:thumbs:

The cheese is easy, loads of that around, rather like a bit of goats cheese, very tangy.

It's not usually sold fresh, probably due to low demand, so look in the powdered or long-life milk section, not the fridge.

I don't know. I'm talking about some years ago when we lived out in the country and milked our own goat.

They don't take up much room and eat anything - even thistles! Ours used to remove the paper labels off tin cans! So I suppose - if the council allows - you could have one in the city.
